- About my organization:
- The Boulware Group is a retained executive search firm that strives to practice inclusion in word and deed. And that's often a bit difficult to do. We typically aim higher than we are able to actually reach, which keeps us on our toes. Having all been raised in a world of 'top down' organizations, it is tricky to be more horizontal and to strive to honor and encourage full participation from everyone. It helps that there are only 5 people working at TBG right now!
